FIBA has released an excellent video reviewing the 2022 Rules Changes, hosted by Canada’s own Mike Thomson, the Manager of Officials Development for CBOC.
The video is approx. 1 hour long, however only the first 26 minutes are relevant to most officials, as the last 38 minutes deal with changes to the Instant Replay System.
