Hi Officials,
We are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulties accessing Game Plan to write the exam. These issues, including slower performance, are due to significantly increased traffic during the final week of the exam period.
To address these challenges, we are extending the exam deadline to Tuesday, December 17, until 5 PM ET. Please note that this will be the final extension of the deadline, as the exam window has been open since November 4.
We kindly ask that you do not email exam support to report website performance issues (e.g., slow speeds or temporary outages). We are fully aware of these delays and are constantly working to address them as they arise. Instead, please use the support email only for specific issues, such as:
- Lost passwords or usernames
- Incorrect access to the NOCP exam level
- Other technical exam-related concerns (e.g., “Register” button not appearing, questions about marks, etc.)
By limiting support emails to these specific concerns, we can assist with other exam-related inquiries more efficiently.
We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration these delays may have caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the ongoing situation. Exam Support remains available to assist Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM ET via cboc@basketball.ca
